Terms & Conditions Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or coordinating within the CodeCrest Innovation web properties, flagship tools, and edge compilers, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable local, national, and international guidelines.

If you disagree with any of these terms, you must immediately close all sessions, terminate direct uploads, and cease interaction with our operational dashboards.

2. SaaS Platform Licensing

CodeCrest grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to run our client-side software tools and generate in-memory decision simulations strictly in accordance with these agreements.

You are granted permission to download transient calculation caches for temporary, personal, or corporate evaluation purposes. This represents a licensing grant, not a transfer of ownership title.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

The visual components, design libraries, logo coordinates, vector telemetry HUDs, Next.js routes, and standard code scripts compiled within `/src` are the exclusive property of CodeCrest Innovation.

4. Permitted & Restricted Operations

You explicitly agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source scripts of our edge AI models or ComfyUI rendering engines.
• Overburden our SMTP email gateways or contact form routes using automated bot scrapers.
• Circumvent security rails, access controls, or client-side sandbox environments.
• Impersonate other organizations, companies, or developers within transaction dispatches.

5. Disclaimers & Limits of Liability

ALL SOFTWARE TOOLS AND SIMULATION NETWORKS PROVIDED BY CODECREST ARE DISPATCHED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATION OF ABSOLUTE COMMERCIAL OUTCOME OR REGULATORY LEGAL STANDING.

Under zero legal scenarios shall CodeCrest or its principal architects be held liable for any damages (including lost profits, server down-times, or business disruptions) arising out of the performance or inability to utilize our AI Financial Explainer, Legal Simplifier, or Pricing Simulator.

6. Platform Termination Protocols

We reserve the right, without prior alert coordinates or direct liability, to suspend or terminate your access to our tools, services, or support forms for any reason, including violations of operational restrictions.

7. Governing Legal Jurisdictions

Any claims or legal disputes arising from interactions with CodeCrest properties shall be governed by and constructed under standard state and federal guidelines, without regard to conflicting country codes.
