2. Permitted Use & Conduct
You agree to use CodeCrest Innovation utilities solely for lawful developmental, testing, and operational purposes. You expressly agree not to:
- Attempt Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks or disrupt platform availability.
- Abuse network diagnostic tools to probe internal, private, or unauthorized IP spaces.
- Bypass rate limits or automated security protections.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services and generated configurations (e.g., Dockerfiles, Nginx configs, tax calculations) are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Users remain solely responsible for validating generated code prior to production deployment.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CodeCrest Innovation, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our tools.
